Maintain the quality and stability of production services. Oversee Opex and Capex budgets. Supervise your team, including daily task assignments, talent development, training, and mentoring. Around 5 years of professional experience in a similar role required Computer Engineering / IT (Bachelor's or Master's degree) background and technical abilities (hands-on) Project Management experience involving HRIS systems Experience in the Finance sector is preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team Fluent in both French and English
