Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our newly formed specialized team, reporting to the Head of Life. This team is pivotal in structuring, onboarding, and monitoring complex life reinsurance transactions. Key Responsibilities : Support marketing, pricing, and onboarding teams during new business acquisition. Analyze appraisal reports, transaction documents, and policy data. Generate cash flow projections for new life reinsurance transactions. Conduct risk and profitability analyses of life insurance and reinsurance products and in-force portfolios. Develop reinsurance solutions addressing accounting, regulatory, and economic risk transfer aspects. Contribute to the approval and onboarding of transactions. Monitor the performance of existing and newly onboarded transactions. Must Haves : University degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field. Experience in life insurance or reinsurance. Expertise in pricing and structuring bespoke reinsurance contracts or insurance mergers and acquisitions (e.G., Mass Lapse, Earning Stabilization, Reserve and Capital relief). Knowledge of international accounting and regulatory frameworks in the life insurance industry (experience with CH and US jurisdictions is a plus).
