Each equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed – adjustable for relaxing, working or sleeping, every element of the room is sleek and modern. The hotel also offers a 24 / 7 fully equipped gym for hotel guests. Mission Control (reception) is the hub of all activity at our hotel. Use our self-service kiosks to check-in and out under a minute or guests can speak to our always on-hand crew. We will also give local neighbourhood tips, emergency supplies and toiletries, or extra keys and towels. Available and ready to help 24 / 7.

About the role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive performance.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Food & Beverage management team.

More specifically, responsibilities will include the following :

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and guest satisfaction
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll records
