StellenbeschreibungTake ownership of all procurement activities across the global real estate portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency Lead strategic procurement planning and execution of complex sourcing projects within the real estate category Act as a subject matter expert for specific commodities or specialized areas Manage procurement of indirect goods and services across small to large-scale projects Oversee tender processes, conduct evaluations, and award contracts while ensuring full documentation of all procurement activities Negotiate and finalize complex global and regional agreements with suppliers, including qualification and development of new partners Prepare, review, and optimize contractual and procurement documentation Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital procurement tools Partner closely with key internal stakeholders, including Real Estate, Design, and Project Management teams, to identify and meet business needs Translate market intelligence into best-practice implementation and strategic decision-making support Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, including at least 5 years in Real Estate Procurement Proven track record in procurement for Retail or CAPEX projects and solid knowledge in Facility Management, Workplace Services, and / or Construction Management Strong experience managing international suppliers and global supply chains Excellent negotiation skills in complex, global contract environments Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels Proficiency in procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
