Job description

Main responsibilities will include :

• POS and DC Replenishment : Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries
• Market Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries
• Forecasting and Launch Planning : Oversee the preparation, consolidation and verification of Market Forecasts (used for production planning) and Launch Plans (used for initial deliveries of new product launches)
• Inventory Allocation : Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies
• System Development : Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of SWATCH's in-house replenishment and forecasting systems
• Trade Catalogue Creation : Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products
• Core Collection Analysis : Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch's core product collections
• Reproduction Needs Assessment : Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch's Novelty Collections
• Global Sales Forecasting : Forecast worldwide sales for the Core Collection
• Ad Hoc Projects : Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required
