Mission: Support apprentices throughout their training process (CFC, AFP, beneficiaries within the framework of educational measures (MI) or reintegration measures (MR)). Search for, negotiate, and organize internship placements. Profile and skills: CFC Painter in building + CFFE - Certificate would be a plus. Professional experience of at least 5 years as a socio-professional master or successful selection would be an advantage. Knowledge of the economic fabric and interpersonal skills appropriate for supporting and training young people in difficulty. Dynamic, team-oriented with real abilities to work in a team.
