VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior manager, Internal Controls EMEA to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

This role serves as a subject matter expert within the EMEA network around internal controls . The position is accountable for planning, implementing and verifying execution of the VF EMEA S-Ox program. A successful Senior Manager will proactively engage stakeholders, to consistently implement the VF S-Ox program and eliminate, reduce or manage risk.
This role will interface with stakeholders across the business such as Controllership, Accounting, Credit, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Global Assurance, HR, Legal, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain, Retail, Digital Technology and others as needed, to consistently drive a proactive controls and compliance culture.
How You Will Make a Difference :
- You will be the VF S-Ox business program owner in the EMEA region, responsible for ensuring compliance with all S-OX requirements (in light of VF Corp’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting - ICFR) - a process designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements.
This includes :
Support in evaluating and recommending improvements to business practices, processes and control procedures in ongoing business, system implementations and changes, acquisitions, projects and fraud investigations to prevent / minimize control risksSupport in eliminating, reducing and managing accounting risk through controlling activitiesTravel as necessary, to proactively ID and mitigate risk while driving the progression of the VF EMEA S-Ox Compliance programMentor business managers on control matters, and foster a culture of transparent issue reportingBusiness Partner to VF Global / EMEA’s DT Security and Risk TeamSkills for Success
You have proven experience on :
Ability to review processes, identify ineffectiveness & inefficiencies and create practical solutionsEstablishment of partnership with key stakeholders across the businessCollaboration skills are criticalJudgment and attention to detail required to establish, organize and monitor programs and resolve issues as they ariseMust be able to recognize and escalate inconsistent internal control practices and achieve resolution with all partiesPartner with internal teams, network and collaborate to improve and execute efficient processesStrong project management leadership skills with ability to lead or assist in implementing execution strategies and methodologies appropriate for VF environmentsWhat’s in it For You
