Join our team at the Rolle Location as Senior Demand and Supply Planner
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the EMEA S&OP manager based in France; the incumbent will be responsible for :
Strategic Responsibilities
Forecast :
- Prepare and lead forecast meetings, reviewing recommended sales forecasts.
- Make recommendations and challenge sales inputs to adjust targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- Follow forecast accuracy and bias
- Preparation monthly Demand review meetings focusing on key points on forecast variations, forecast disagreement.
Production plan (Supply Med / long term plan) Monthly and weekly plans
Develop, monitor and revise production and sourcing plans, in the short and long term, to optimize the use of manpower, equipment and financial resources while meeting the needs of internal and external customers.Follow key indictors on capacity use rate, coverage, shortage.Identify issues and risk, list option and propose best option.Raw Material and Packaging planning
Explode production needs into raw material plan for the next 6-12 months.Identify issues and risk, list option and propose best option.Stock at ris k
Evaluate Inventory Health reports to identify Slow Moving and Obsolete inventories and collaborate with all teams to develop resolution actions.Business S&OP Review
Prepare data and material for monthly meetings that will facilitate decisions around equipment, labor and all other resources needed to support demand over the S&OP planning horizon.Identify significant business risks and escalate to the appropriate leadership teams.Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensusAchieve customer service order fulfillment objectives of OTIF while maintaining inventory levels at targeted goals.Make between plan and execution
Ensure that production and raw material call offs are correctly executed accordingly to planKeep ERP M3 data up to date for the supply parametersContinuous improvement

7 years minimum total experience - Minimum 5 years in active supply chain planning position.Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management distribution , production , raw material planning.Analytical profile, able to work with data and present them in a synthetic way.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Language : French and English mandatory.Soft skills
