Developing a Change Communications Strategy :

Design a communications roadmap aligned with the reform timeline.

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging for various stakeholders.
  • Tailor communications materials to different audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement and Messaging Alignment :

Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams.

  • Develop talking points, briefing materials, FAQs, and presentations.
  • Establish feedback loops to address stakeholder concerns.
  • Internal Change Management and Staff Engagement :

    Lead internal communication strategies and tools.

  • Support engagement activities (town halls, Q&A sessions, workshops).
  • Advise managers and team leads on championing change.
  • Country-Level Communications and Readiness :

    Tailor communications strategy to country contexts.

  • Develop toolkits and guidance for country partners.
  • Ensure consistent outreach to Ministries of Health and implementing partners.
  • Communications Tools and Content Development :

    Develop core communications assets (announcements, infographics, case studies, web content, training materials).

  • Ensure communications are accessible and engaging.
  • Monitoring and Adaptation :

    Track effectiveness of change communications.

  • Refine messaging based on feedback.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • The successful candidate will

  • have at least 15-20 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or stakeholder engagement, in NGO.
  • possess expertise in designing and implementing large-scale change communications strategies and have a strong ability to translate complex policy and programmatic reforms into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences
  • Have a proven experience engaging with senior leadership, technical teams, and country-level stakeholders is essential.
  • The candidate should have excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation skills , and experience with digital and multimedia communication tools is a plus. They must demonstrate an international mindset and be adaptable to diverse cultural contexts.
