Associate Salesforce Administrator

The Associate Salesforce Administrator position offers a unique opportunity to be part of our Global Operations Command Center (GOCC) team, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform. This role is integral to our mission of providing seamless IT services by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Salesforce infrastructure. Position Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce.
• Assist Developers / Application teams covering 24 / 7 monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform Site Switches / Org Migrations / Instance Refreshes.
• Work Arrangement : As part of a 24 / 7 / 365 operation, this is an Office based shift role.
• Shift Schedule : Shift patterns are based on 8-hour shifts alternating between morning, mid-shift and night shifts monthly.
