• Graduated from an academic secondary school, ongoing or completed Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a wide range of disciplines
• Demonstrates self-initiative and solution- and target-oriented approach to work
• Team-oriented and friendly personality
• Very good German skills (knowledge of Italian or French is a plus)
