We are looking for a strong hands-on experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team. The general goal is to transform existing Solutions of our Product ALSO WebShop into a new existing architecture approach. In this role as Lead Developer you will coordinate a dedicated assigned scrum Team to transform determining application functions. You will guide and train the Team based on agile development approach To ensure success as a senior software developer, you should have high-level managerial skills, in-depth knowledge of programming languages, and outstanding project management skills.

Job description :

Transformation of the existing B2B Shop Java application into a new architecture designed by architectural core team.
Supervise guide and mentor a scrum based development team in a role of Delivery Lead for specific Domains.
Ensuring high software quality on holistic development scope like Security, Reliability, Maintainability.
Continuous collaboration alignment with other scrum Teams and architectural core team.

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in software development based on Java Tech Stack (Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Commons, web services, etc.)

Highly experienced in context of reverse engineering to analyze, understand and migrate existing service domains.

Experience in implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines to streamline the development and release process.

Knowledge about Kubernetes, including deployment and management of containerized applications.

Work with agile frameworks, especially Scrum.

A team player with great communication skills EN both written and verbal.
