Accounting Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Accountant to join a growing start-up in Lausanne. You will lead a team of 4 people and take full ownership of our accounting and monthly closing processes.

• Oversee daily accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, assets, cash).
• Manage monthly / quarterly / year-end closings under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER.
• Prepare financial statements and clear, reliable reports.
• Strengthen internal controls and support audits.
• Improve processes, bring new ideas, and help us scale.
• Coach and support your team of 4.
• Work on SAP and support ERP improvements.
• Solid accounting experience in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER.
• Comfortable with SAP and digital tools.
• A modern, hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French; English and German are strong assets.
