Our client is seeking a Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist to strengthen their Product Technology & Engineering team in Aargau. In this role, you will manage and optimize packaging-related master data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient packaging operations across the lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in data management, packaging operations, or regulated environments who enjoy working at the intersection of data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage packaging master data across enterprise data management systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout the packaging code lifecycle
• Support packaging compliance with legal, regulatory, and dangerous goods transportation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Packaging Development, HSE, Quality, and Operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and cost efficiency
• Act as a subject-matter expert for data-driven packaging processes
• Lead or co-lead packaging development and optimization projects
• Support strategic initiatives and mentor colleagues at a local level
