We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (f / m / d) professional for our General Counsel Office in Zurich (80-100%). Our General Counsel Office (GCO) is a team of professionals who support and advise the EY business in a wide range of areas.

Your key responsibilities

• Advising our service lines on commercial and legal matters throughout the contract cycle.
• Clarifying legal issues especially in the area of contract and corporate law.
• Supporting the drafting and review of contracts offers and tenders.
• Drafting and reviewing framework agreements subcontractor agreements procurement agreements and cooperation agreements.
• Leading negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Supporting on other areas of law such as data protection legal tech employment law or internal investigations.
