Customer Support Specialist German Speaker

We're hiring motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our on-site customer service team in Lisbon. This full-time opportunity comes with a relocation package included, making your transition smooth and supported from day one.

In this role, you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German

• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

• German: C2

• English: B2

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

• 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week
