DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Coordinator of the State of Climate Services Report Series.
The incumbent will perform the following duties :

Deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in arts, political science, international relations, journalism or a closely related field.
Experience
1. Experience in communications and public affairs.
2. Experience in one of the five priority areas of the Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS) : disaster risk reduction, health, agriculture and food security, water, energy.
3. Previous experience in report writing.
4. Prior working experience with UN Agencies will be an added advantage.
Other requirements

Languages
Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage.
