You will help drive projects forward by coordinating stakeholders, managing legal document workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. You will also support the preparation and refinement of key materials, from legal documents to guidelines and presentations, helping ensure consistency and high quality. In this role, you will manage calendars, organize meetings, and handle routine correspondence, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Brand IP team.A Day in the Life of a Legal Brand IP CoordinatorLead and support administrative and legal projects, ensuring timelines, compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigationPrepare, manage, and track legal documents and support data collection, reporting, and legal queriesMaintain digital tools and systems (SharePoint, intranet, Memotech, Ariba, IPMS) and contribute to process improvements and automationAct as main point of contact for internal / external stakeholders; manage correspondence and information flowCoordinate meetings, calendars, travel, expenses, events, trainings, and daily team operationsProvide expertise on the Amazon ABR operating systemMaintain team materials (distribution lists, Teams spaces, org charts) and coordinate onboarding of new team membersWhat will make you successfulProven initial experience in a coordinator role within a legal or compliance environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAutonomous, driven, and agile with a continuous improvement mindsetSound judgement and reliable decision"'makingHigh attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesActively support problem"'solving and brings forward suggestions when challenges ariseSupport cross-team activities and helps improve work processesComfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Suite, Concur, ContractExpress, CopilotFluent in English and FrenchNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
