As a Presentation Specialist at Lombard Odier, you will play a key role in transforming complex information into clear, compelling, and visually impactful presentations. You will support the Group’s senior management by creating high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, internal meetings, and large-scale events.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, bringing new ideas to the table, and exploring innovative tools—including AI-powered solutions—to make our presentations more dynamic, efficient, and engaging.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across functions, acting as both a designer and a strategic thinker who can quickly grasp concepts, simplify messages, and present them in a polished visual format.

Presentation Specialist

YOUR ROLE :

• Design, develop, and refine presentations that are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with Lombard Odier’s brand.
• Translate complex ideas, data, and messages into clear, structured, and compelling visuals.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to prepare materials for pitches, internal strategy sessions, and events.
• Leverage Microsoft PowerPoint and the latest design features to build impactful templates, charts, animations, and layouts.
• Integrate multimedia content (videos, graphics, visuals) where appropriate.
• Explore and test new technologies (including AI tools) to improve efficiency and elevate design quality.
• Ensure consistency of style and messaging across all presentation materials.
