Your responsibilities
- Owner of the repair procedures and processes
- Responsible for the efficient diagnostics and repair of production and customer instruments
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, electronics circuit investigation and PCBA soldering rework
- Drive the root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing engineering and R&D
- Be part of the new product introduction team with focus on repair processes
- Lead projects to optimize the turnaround time
- Be the technical reference for the repair team
