As Commissioning Director, based in Nyon (VD), you will lead the commissioning of large-scale hyperscale data centres across Switzerland. You will manage the full programme "” from design validation to final handover "” ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver commissioning programmes aligned with Microsoft / Stack milestones.
• Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, vendors).
• Act as main interface with clients and stakeholders at executive level.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss & international standards (QA / QC, FAT, SAT, IST).
• Anticipate risks, manage budgets, and promote a proactive safety culture.
