We are supporting an established Swiss engineering organisation in Aargau Canton in their search for a talented Electronics Hardware Systems Engineer .
In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced control and measurement technologies used in demanding technical and scientific applications.

Your Responsibilities
You will play a key role in :
Specifying, designing and documenting control and measurement systems , including both hardware and supporting software interfaces.
Developing and implementing electronic hardware solutions , from concept through prototypes to final release.
Driving and supporting development projects , coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Characterizing, testing and commissioning new systems , ensuring reliable performance under real operating conditions.
Collaborating closely with specialists from different technical domains to turn requirements into robust system implementations.
Your Profile
You will be a strong fit for this position if you bring :
5+ years of experience in Electronics Development and Systems Engineering.
Proven capability in analog and mixed-signal hardware design , including simulation, schematics, layout coordination, and lab validation.
Experience in concept definition, control / measurement system development, and system-level thinking .
A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics , or a closely related field.
Strong communication skills in English , and German at B2 level or higher .
A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
