Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear documentation. Act as the point of contact between the Product Owner and development teams (internal or external). Monitor solution implementation and assess impact. Your Ideal Profile : 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , working in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment. Please note that's mandatory for the role and is the main requirement. Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field. Experience in business analysis within an Agile environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI. Eligible to work in Switzerland; we can't sponsor. This is not a Data Analyst position.
