Landscape Architect JOB OFFER – LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (M / F) Location : Troinex (GE) Type : Permanent Contract Working Time : 80% or 100% Start Date : To be discussed About the Company Bloom X du Paysage Sàrl is a new landscape architecture structure currently under development. The office aims to design outdoor spaces that combine demands, sustainability, technical precision, and attention to detail. We want to build an identity that can cater to both public and private clients, as well as landscape architecture competitions. Bloom X du Paysage Sàrl is a member of a group that includes a horticulture and landscaping company, with which we will closely collaborate. We are looking for a landscape architect eager to actively invest in the development of the office, beyond just completing assignments. As a landscape architect, you will be involved in all project phases : - Design and landscaping projects (public spaces and feasibility studies, sketches, preliminary projects, and detailed projects) - Working on SIA phases : APA files and project documents, plans, visuals, details, cuts, technical documents, and specifications - Communication with project owners, architects, engineers, and authorities - Project follow-up with various participants (clients, partners, and contributors to the development and identity of the young company) Desired Profile - Degree in landscape architecture (HEPIA, HES, or equivalent recognized in Switzerland) - Professional experience appreciated, but motivated recent graduates are welcome - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, and a knowledge of ecological, landscape, and territorial issues - Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, rigor, and commitment - Fluent French (English is a plus) What we offer - The opportunity to participate in building a company from its inception - A great deal of freedom and a key role in projects - A dynamic working environment, supported by an experienced technical team - An evolving role with real opportunities for growth Please send your CV by mail only to : Bloom X du Paysage Sàrl - Ch. de 17 - CH- Troinex. jid31a6040aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
