Scientific Programmes Assistant

For our estimated client, we are looking for a junior professional to be hired in a training administrative function.

TASKS :

Assist in the preparation and development of scientific programmes for events.

Manage Scientific Committees and invited speakers, including coordinating meetings and travel arraangements.

Support abstract management, including submission processes and communication with presenters.

Help with the preparation and updating of online programmes and event-related communications.

Collaborate with external agencies for travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs.

Provide general administrative support to the department, including meeting minutes and expense reimbursement processing.

SKILLS :

A degree or professional administrative experience in an office environment.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken at C2 level)

Experience in event management or interest in scientific publications
