Software Engineer – Cloud Frontend

A fast-growing international company, recognized for its expertise in OT and IoT cybersecurity, is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (Cloud) to join its expanding team. The company develops cutting-edge solutions that protect critical infrastructures and connected environments across industries such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and public services.

As a Software Engineer (Cloud Frontend) , you will contribute to the development and design of an innovative cloud platform dedicated to industrial cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Contribute to the development and design of our cloud solution.
• Design and implement using available technologies while taking the initiative to learn new ones.
• Develop and implement medium to large-scale features while reducing the system’s technical debt.
• Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success.
• Champion and improve team processes, clarifying benefits and trade-offs for the entire team.
• Make a positive impact on the team’s overall dynamics and performance.
• Adopt and embody the company’s cultural pillars, including transparency, trust, and protection of critical elements.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile, and constantly evolving environment.
• Seize opportunities to take ownership of user-facing features from inception to release and beyond.

Technical environment : ​​​​​​JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Ruby / Ruby on Rails, automated testing (TDD, BDD, etc.), agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Location  : Mendrisio, Swiss.

Remuneration : from 55K CHF (depending on profile).
