• Lead and manage your team focused on IoT hardware and software development for medical devices and ensure alignment with program and portfolio objectives
• Manage the budget for the embedded software team, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness in project delivery
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of hardware and software solutions for connected IoT devices, sensors, and smart devices in medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety
• Lead the creation of robust, secure and scalable architectures for personal use consumer devices, IoT solutions, communication and embedded systems based on contemporary engineering based practices
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and implement measures to safeguard embedded systems
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team, promoting transparency, feedback, and shared ownership of program success
