(Senior) Sales Manager - Hotels

Morgan Philips has been retained by a luxury hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva for a (Senior) Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, working alongside a team of 5 sales executives / managers, the (senior) sales manager will be in charge of develop and prospect potential clients on the local market, especially the Corporate segment (corporate, events, banquets, groups) and potentially one or two international markets (depending on the profil / network of the candidate).

The hotel is a beautiful property part of an international hotel chain.

Your responsibilities :

• Optimization of assigned portfolio through regular sales activities,
• Representation of hotel during trade events,
• Partnership with key people / contacts on your assigned markets,
• Acquire new clients & strengthen existing accounts,
• Responsible for assigned portfolio budget.

Your profile :

• 1 to 5 years of experience in a 5- star hotels, ideally in CH with a good knowledge of the local market,
• Experience representing a luxury hotel in a dynamic vibrant city with key corporate accounts,
• Experience working for a luxury hotel offering large events / banquets facilities,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, well presented and well spoken,
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.
