PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m / w / d)

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
• Lead motivate and support production operators on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues during the shift
• Ensure proper handover and structured reporting between shifts
