Our client is a family office.Investment Analysis : Build financial models, conduct valuations, and create investment memos.Market Research & Due Diligence : analyze industries, assess market trends, and screen potential deals.Transaction Support : Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, and coordination.Portfolio Management : Monitor and report on portfolio performance, supporting value creation strategies.You will review numerous projects focusing on buy side (small caps)|You will be part of a human-sized team and have a key roleBachelor or Master in Finance, economics or related fieldAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an investment bank, corporate finance department or transaction services department of a Big 4Fluent in French and EnglishYou will work on multiple deals and closely collaborate with the rest of the teams. <>
