Group Internal Audit Director (M / F)

Our client is a well-known international group with a global HQ in Geneva area and a presence in more than 50 countries around the world.<>

We are currently looking for its Group Internal Audit Director to lead the department.<>

Audit / confirm application of internal control processes (design / deployment / performance / improvement),Design, propose, execute, adjust yearly risk-based internal audit plan (incl. communication and stakeholders management),Coordinate and / or participate in internal audits as Lead Auditor across the Group according to plan and priorities,Ensure audit reporting, action plan implementation / execution and follow-up on findings / corrective actions,Identify risks and priorities using decision-making tools (risk / impact matrix, KPIs),Investigate fraud via a fraud risk assessment that uses fraud deterrence principles,Gather, analyze, evaluate and present accounting documentation, reports, data and flowcharts,Leadership and team management : responsible for managing and developing the Group Internal Audit team. This includes recruiting and retaining talents, providing guidance and mentorship, setting performance objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment,Communicate trends and emerging issues and act as a change agent or catalyst globally.Very dynamic group with high growth plan|Geneva, SwitzerlandMaster's Degree in Audit / Finance (CIA a plus)+10 years of experience in Internal Auditing in an international fast-paced and complex environmentProven track record in people managementStrong leadership, influencing and follow-up skillsExcellent analytical skills and judgement to make informed recommendations and decisionsAble to identify risks and opportunities, and propose solutionsAct as a change agent to anticipate / integrate / promote new requirements and trendsAble to operate and communicate at various levels throughout the GroupSound independent / impartial judgement, integrity, high ethical work standardsFluent in English, French a strong plus.Travel requirements : willing to travel up to 50%Fast-paced and evolving environmentCompetitive package with very good benefits, including relocation package...
