Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.

Collaborate with R&D, sales, and regulatory teams to align marketing plans with product development.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and customers.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Masters' degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven experience in leading successful product launches.

People management, including remotely.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
