Business Support & Master Data Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Provide first-line business support for SAP SD and MyMediset-related issues, resolving inquiries from business users worldwide.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in sales, customer service, inventory management, and order processing modules.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define data standards for SAP SD master data.
  • Investigate and cleanse master data to eliminate duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Monitor data entry processes and implement data integrity rules to prevent data quality issues.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to uphold data quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Work with the Commercial Process Excellence team to identify process improvements and support best practices for system use across regions.
  • Assist in testing new system functionalities and updates, ensuring smooth rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and process documentation to enhance user proficiency in SAP.
  • Support training sessions and workshops to improve user understanding of SAP.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP support experience, preferably in commercial or supply chain environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP 4 / Hana SD modules ( MyMediset a plus)
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management processes.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
