- Personelle und fachliche Leitung des Administrationsteams
- Planung, Initiierung und Begleitung strategischer und operativer Projekte in den Bereichen Digitalisierung sowie Unternehmens- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Verwaltungsrats in strategischen und operativen Fragen der Unternehmensentwicklung
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems (Prozesse / Dokumente)
- Verantwortung für Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten inklusive Brandmanagement, Corporate Design, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Personalmarketing in Zusammenarbeit mit HR
