Role Summary
A strategic sales position focused on expanding the Nordic wholesale/wealth client channel for a European private markets firm. The role involves developing key partnerships and driving asset growth across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.
The opportunity is to join a growing international team, building a career within private markets and playing a part in the democratisation of private assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the Nordic wholesale/wealth channel
- Develop and manage distribution initiatives with new and existing private wealth partners, including building and converting pipeline, client contract negotiations and onboarding
- Management of after-sales activities
Skills & Competencies
- 7-12 years experience of raising assets from wholesale clients across the Nordic markets
- Proficiency in business English and preferably Swedish
- Good understanding of alternative investment strategies
- Excellent relationship building and networking capabilities
- Attention to detail, extremely organized, and commitment to excellence. Able to problem solve with a client-focused mindset
