The Sea Freight Forwarding Officer (d / f / m) will be responsible for the following task area :
- Reserve the main transport with boat, hubs, and carriers
- Issue transportation documents (SWB, BL, HBL), edit them and send them to the carrier and customer
- Communicate transport information (s) to customer(s) and / or Network
- Charge the file to customer(s) or network and send the documents (invoices, transports documentations…) to the concerned third party (account department, customer(s), network…)
- Check and validate supplier invoices
- Check transport execution at each step, according to Incoterms liability (delivery, shipment...) and realization conditions (state of the goods, respect of instructions ...)
- File up and forward information relative to job file, follow up according to Incoterms to customer (s), network and hierarchy
- Close and forward following the applicable procedure
