The opportunity

We are looking for an experiencedSCM Managerto lead ourCategory Management team (7 Category Managers)and drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and supply chain resilience for our business. In this senior role, you will shape category strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure strong alignment with Procurement Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and our factories

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead and develop the Category Management team, building capabilities and ensuring high performance

• Define and implement category strategies that secure reliable supply, competitive cost levels, and reduced risk

• Oversee complex negotiations and contracts in collaboration with Legal

• Manage senior supplier relationships and steer escalations to resolution

• Align closely with Procurement Operations on strategy execution and supply performance

• Support Planning with risk assessments, demand insights, and mitigation actions

• Drive costout, valueengineering, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Track supplier KPIs, contractual compliance, and category performance

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or similar

• 7–10 years’ experience in sourcing or supply chain roles, including 3–5 years in leadership

• Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and category strategy

• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager at all levels of the organization

• Proficient in SAP and supply chain tools; fluent in English

• Willingness to travel as needed
