We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as Head of Finance - Switzerland. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting driving performance through data-driven insights and building a high-performing team within a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone structured and proactive who can navigate complexity and deliver results.

In this role you will

• Oversee consistent and efficient financial reporting : Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines in accordance with local standards (Swiss OR) and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards.
• Define and communicate insights & actions : Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance.
• Develop and own business forecasts : Produce accurate bottom-up forecasts aligned with Sanoptis financial targets and business strategy. Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans which address challenges & identify opportunities.
• Manage treasury and liquidity : Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Swiss entities working closely with Sanoptis Group Treasury team.
• Build a high-performing team & manage external stakeholders : Manage a small in-house team comprising accounting and controlling. Build and oversee relationships with a range of collaborators including external accountants local operations teams Sanoptis shareholding doctors and banks.
