We are currently seeking an experiencedLive-in House Manager / Senior Housekeeperto oversee the smooth running of a private residence in the Lugano area. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and discreet professional capable of managing the daily operations of a high-standard household.

Tasks description

• Full management and coordination of the household’s daily operations
  
• Supervision of domestic staff (team of 4–5 people)
  
• Management of suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  
• Oversight of home security systems
  
• Organisation and supervision of cleaning activities and maintenance works
  
• Follow-up on repairs, subcontracted services, and property upkeep
  
• Management of household vehicles
  
• Coordination of external infrastructure (garden, swimming pool, technical areas)
  
• Welcome and assistance to guests; occasional table service
  
• Recruitment, onboarding, and training of household staff
  
• Monitoring of household budgets, expenses, and supplies
