Marketing Event Coordinator

Your mission

• Plan and execute internal and external events—from small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community, partners, and clients
• Coordinate this presence at international conferences, hospitals, and hotels and more—including branding, logistics, communication with vendors, executing payments, and all the other fine details
• Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
• Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape, ready to ship around the world
• Support internal and external event communications : brief creative teams and agencies
• Support the Marketing Director in various other projects that align with mutual interest, ability, and need.

If you are living ~1 hour away from Bern – please include additional justification why 2-days a week in the office are not a problem otherwise your application will not be considered.
