What is this position about?

For our Strategic Products business unit in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us and continue the growing market penetration of our automated benchtop solutions. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and foster the momentum with our leading technology to grow our business and to take it to the next level?

Your mission

  • Generate, evaluate and develop new business opportunities, focusing on deal closing to achieve your ambitious sales goals
  • Continue extensive growth and market penetration of our innovative benchtop solutions, the CRYSTAL product line, by implementing a targeted and aggressive sales strategy
  • Manage existing customer relationships within the business unit and utilize these connections to expand reach within key accounts
  • Identify potential for upselling to our larger automated solutions whilst taking lead on projects whose scope align toward our benchtop products
  • Present Chemspeed solutions at customers, conferences and seminars
  • Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and our CRM tool
  • Make things happen!

Your profile

  • Sales experience (1 – 2 years) in scientific / technical capital equipment and solutions, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
  • Proven sales track record, exceeding annual quotas
  • Familiarity with the EMEA scientific instruments sales market and growth areas
  • Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and sales-focused personality
  • Degree in chemistry, science or engineering
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English, further languages would be a plus
  • Enjoy direct contact with customers and frequent travelling
