Team mission

At Central Services our mission is to empower teams across the organization to deliver world-class visuals communication capabilities and localization solutions across all products and channels.

As the Manager of our Communications Platform team you will lead the vision strategy and execution for enabling and scaling communications across multiple channels and product areasincluding end users suppliers CRM and more. You will be responsible for building and evolving the communications platform that powers GetYourGuide at scale ensuring our products can connect effectively with audiences worldwide.

Your mission

• Lead all hiring and performance management processes for your Engineering team helping your engineers reach their full potential.
• Drive impactful projects and outcomes managing the teams roadmap and portfolio allocation.
• Find and deliver solutions to complex technical challenges that span across multiple services and business domains within Central Services.
• Work hand-in-hand with product and key stakeholders across the broader business.
