Customer Support Agent (On-site – Porto)
We're hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international customer service operation supporting telecom products and services. This role is for candidates who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
Youll assist customers across multiple channels with topics such as subscriptions, billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and general account questions , ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience on every interaction.
