Operations Manager

The TLN water service was born from the merger of the water services of the municipalities of Douanne-Tüscherz, Gléresse, and La Neuveville. As a full provider, it guarantees the supply of drinking water of impeccable quality, as well as industrial water and fire-fighting water. Responsibilities include managing and ensuring the maintenance of facilities (reservoirs, pumping stations, groundwater intakes), industrial pipelines, as well as the technology and management related to the construction and replacement of structures, facilities, and industrial pipelines. Duties also involve monitoring and maintenance of technologies (pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, sources, and measuring devices) with the assistance of our tools Inventsys, INTEGRA, RITOP, LORNO. Ensure and oversee global quality control. Organize and collaborate for on-call services by engaging external companies. Actively participate in financial management and maintain continuous exchanges with TLN. Represent in committees and commissions related to works.Profile : - Hold a CFC in sanitation and / or an equivalent title.- Continuous training as a pipefitter and well master with a federal certificate or willingness to pursue further training as a well master.- Very good knowledge of German and French and familiarity with usual tools.- Open personality with leadership experience as well as skills in management and organization.
