Team mission

The Traveler Assistance Resolution and Support (TARS) teams mission is to create a loyal customer base by exceeding travelers expectations with a stress-free and delightful post-purchase experience. We plan to do so by making it easy to get help for those customers who did not experience a smooth experience and to effectively resolve their issue. We own the mobile and web platforms of GetYourGuide and aim to deliver an amazing customer journey through great user interfaces and rigorous A / B testing.

Your mission :

• Work in a cross-functional mission team with engineers designers product managers and data analysts
• Translate high-level ideas and requirements into practical solutions
• Help to enable your mission team to iterate fast and learn about our customers by designing launching and iterating on A / B experiments
• Maintain a high standard of quality for our code features and products
• Contribute to learning and advancement of our engineering practice
• Help build and grow our Team
