Director Customer Marketing

The Director of Customer Marketing is a strategic leadership role at Honeywell responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. As the Director of Customer Marketing you will lead a team in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. You will report directly to our CCO Europe Building Automation and youll work out of our Rolle location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of customer centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Set the strategic direction for customer marketing
• Develop and manage the customer marketing budget
• Oversee marketing programs including email campaigns social media promotions and customer events
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Manage the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team
• Stay up to date with industry trends
• Collaborate with creative services
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
• Passion for marketing and staying up to date with industry trends
