Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities :
Supervision & execution of on-board service-inquiries
Preparation of the related documentation (job descriptions and service reports)
Organisation of on-board service with sub-suppliers
- Supervision of the works including safety-regulation
- Root cause analysis in close cooperation with R&D and Customer Operation Support teams
- On board and at engine builder’s workshops
- Proactive feedback to the teams is expected to keep WinGD engine technology up to date
Requirements :
Marine engineer or other machinery mechanicWillingness to travel worldwide up to 200 days.Pro-active and self-driven personalityAbility to empathize with people of different cultural backgroundsGood communications skillsKnowledge in engine technologyKnowledge of cooperation with external partnersKnowledge in MS office applicationsFluent in English, any other foreign language is an advantageOur offer :
