Delivery Consultant - Orphoz (German Speaker)

You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long-term impact delivery.

In this role, you will support McKinsey colleagues and client teams in workstreams; as you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing workstreams largely independently.

You will support client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives together. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

You will be based in our Zurich or Geneva office as part of Orphoz, a subsidiary of McKinsey & Company, working closely and in partnership with clients’ senior management and their specialist departments.
