Marketing Event Coordinator (50)

Your mission

• Plan and execute internal and external eventsfrom small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community partners and clients
• Coordinate this presence at international conferences hospitals and hotels and moreincluding branding logistics communication with vendors executing payments and all the other fine details
• Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
• Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape ready to ship around the world
• Support internal and external event communications : brief creative teams and agencies
• Support the Marketing Director in various other projects that align with mutual interest ability and need.
