Data Architect

Business et Decision, an Orange Business Services affiliate since 2018, is looking for a Data Architect to reinforce our Team. Are you passionate about data? Do you have a strong interest in data modeling, scripting ETL/ELTs, transforming data with the newest Cloud or OnPrem technologies? Poste et missions

• Your main responsibilities as a Data Architect will include:
• Gathering Business and Technical requirements from our clients’ stakeholders
• Identifying areas for improvement in current data management platforms
• Designing our clients’ data management platform: Identification of all data functionalities that need to be implemented (Data Load Processes, DWH, Data Lake, Data Visualization…)
• Defining a reference architecture framework: standards and principles, modeling, metadata, master data
• Identify/benchmark tools to meet the requirements of the data platform (e.g. Cloud components, ETL, Data Visualization tools…)
• Providing secure, stable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions to facilitate data storage, integration, usage and access
• Formalizing and presenting data architecture design reports
• Coordinating with other team members to reach project milestones and deadlines
• Communicating and supporting the use of the data architecture to all stakeholders (Business & IT)

Profil

• Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
• 5+ years hands on experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture
• Good knowledge of several tools in the following: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, Big Data (Hadoop…), Snowflake, Data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI..)
• Excellent communication skills
• Conceptual and creative thinking
• Team player
• Ability to work in an Agile way
• Fluency in French and English (verbal & written)
